The Association of Union Constructors (TAUC) is dedicated to providing its' membership with the highest level of safety and health, labor relations, and technical training available in order to keep our members informed and up to date.
The most important training and education issues that you, as a member, should benefit from are those that you supply our organization with. We will tailor our education and training resources to your needs.

Our staff is available to:
- Answer and/or research any of your labor relations concerns
- Answer and/or research any of your safety concerns
- Available to conduct on-site seminars educating our members' staff
- Assist in instituting local tri-partite committees to facilitate smooth projects
- Liaison with international unions for expeditious resolve on our members' behalf
- Reliable resource for up to date safety issues
- Guidance on navigating grievance procedures
- Counsel on implementing substance abuse programs
- Reference point for work assignment disputes
TAUC is also in the process of developing eLearning opportunities, as well as other cost saving and productive training and educational opportunities.
